Refund policy

I want my customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases from Mick's Art Goods. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within thirty (30) days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at micksartgoods@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email. Once I receive your request, I will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Once I receive the returned item, I will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition and packaging. If the item meets my return policy requirements, I will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that I do not accept returns for customized or personalized items, unless there was an error on my part or the item was defective.
